ABOUT THIS PROJECT
In 2023, Johannesburg Water commenced with their reservoir renewal programme.

Following a lengthy procurement process by Johannesburg Water for professional service providers, AFI Consult was awarded the work as preferred service provider for the renewal of Aeroton, Hursthill No.2, Marlboro and Alexander Park and work commenced in all earnest.
The investigations have been completed including structural diagnostic surveys, pipeline condition assessments and corrosion protection investigations.

Proposed remedial work have been accepted and the projects are envisaged to be implemented during fourth quarter of 2025.
